Waivers are slightly different from FA. With waivers, the player goes to the team with priority, while with FA it is to the highest bidder

Question, and this relates to the claim I'm going to make for Dowling at 8 EST: when a team claims a player whose salary is less than .50, do they have the option, for this season only, to retain that player at the sub-.50 salary if they only want to give that player one year?
Or, from here on out, if a player is claimed from waivers and their salary at the time they were waived is less than .50, does their salary automatically rise to the league minimum of .50 regardless of how many years the new owner plans to give them? This seems to be what the Commish is saying in chat. Am I correct?
For the record, I'm fine either way this goes; it's no bad thing to nail down a minimum salary of .50 on all players from here on out.

I don't even know who or what. Think I need a list. That auction was....exhaustive as far as talent goes. But what thread is the FA bidding going under? And where is the waiver priorities located? MFL?

Waiver priority list is the first post of this thread.
UFA bidding is taking place in the UFA folder on PB.

Yeah, Commish just dropped that one on me. I would assume it was the same as in MFL. The UFA thread I simply overlooked. The cobwebs, I think. LOL. Thanks, Andrew.
