Hang in there, 31!
The season is going to be an awesome one. This little lull is a tough pill to swallow, especially for those that love fantasy like we do.
Not pushing any polls right now or lobbying for votes but if there is a solution to keeping things "interesting" during this short gap of months then I am definitely on board to listen. I am currently in seven leagues and almost all of them are in stasis and it's tough. Get creative! I have attempted to do that in recent negotiations and I think many of you can do the same. We're not all happy with our roster/cap situations and just like in a real NFL franchise, there is often a need to be creative in deal making. Think outside the box! That's a fool-proof way of maintaining interest in the league!
As much as I love my roster at current, there's always room for adjustments heading into the rookie draft. Encourage the other 31 to think outside the box too.
I say this to dispel a myth I've been hearing lately: There's no way you're getting me to believe an owner with almost no cap left, barely has 25 players on their roster, and multiple 2013 draft picks is content with the way things are. Unless they have already mentally checked out of the league.
Just saying. Keep working. There's a deal to be made if you need it. Big props to the GMs that are always working!

Won't be making any significant moves in this league. But I'll be here when we get going. Focused on my weaknesses in other leagues. Already acquired AP in one league and Jason McCourty and Harrison Smith in another this week - a good week so far!

Yeah, I'm sure you won't be the only one, bro.
Nice moves in the other leagues. Very nice pickups. I've downgraded to six leagues and more than half are either still doing vet drafts, waiting for rook drafts, or finishing adding GMs. So the fun is just starting!
I always look to opportunities even in this league as dry as things are. I think I did some smart things in the past couple of weeks. Still would like to make a few more enhancements re: my 2014 picks and I'm good.

So you'd like to gain 2014 picks or trade the ones you already have??

Ha! I'd be trading or attempting to trade 3 of the 8.
Its not desperation. Just a desire.

Ah. Okay. Makes sense. I have quite a few also. Probably looking to move mine for higher picks.

I've gotten some moderate interest in the picks but again, it's out there. I still need some depth on my roster so it's a work in progress.
